Credit Cards
Many customers appreciate the flexibility of using credit cards to purchase equipment. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Credit card customers can order by phone 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday Central Time. To save time on the phone, you can purchase through CompuTTY's online order site for quick reference.

Order by Fax
Credit card orders and approved purchase orders can be faxed at any time. Just fax your order or purchase order anytime day or night to (817) 738-1970. Please remember to include the type of credit card the credit card number, the expiration date, your daytime phone number and your signature.

Order by Mail
Fill out the CompuTTY order form completely. Please print or type clearly with black or blue pen.

1. Include your name, mailing address and daytime telephone number. (If your address has changed since your last order, or different from the mailing label please let us know so we can update your mailing information.)

2. Shipping address; If your order is to the sent to an address other than the billing address, please fill out the shipping address section. Please include your full street address with zip code. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

3. Fill in description of product, quantity you are ordering, complete product number, price of each item and the total for your order. Shipping and handling charges should be added according to the schedule on the order form.

4. Include method of payment: Checks, money orders and cashier's check should be payable to CompuTTY, Inc. (in U.S. funds only) A fee of $25.00 will be charged on any returned checks. Please do not send cash.

5. Please include full payment with your order, including appropriate sales tax or tax exemption number. Mail your order to: CompuTTY, Inc., 3408 Indale Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76116.

Order by purchase Order
Written purchase orders will be accepted from approved State and Federal agencies, credit approved businesses and credit approved dealers. Orders may be mailed or faxed and we will bill you net 30 days.

Foreign Orders
Payment for orders from outside the United States of America must be in US funds only and made payable to CompuTTY, Inc. For shipping and handling cost, please call for quote.

Backorders
We will attempt to complete your order in one shipment, if possible. Unless requested merchandise is out of stock will be backordered.

Shipping & Handling Policy

Shipping/Handling Charges
Shipping charges are for one order shipped to one address. If your request shipment to more than one address, the charges will apply to each location based on the value of the shipment to that location.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point via common carrier (typically UPS). Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all international customers will have the freight added to their order, regardless of method of payment.

Express Delivery Service

For an additional charge we can deliver your order overnight via UPS Red label, within two days via UPS blue label or within three day via 3-day Select Air. The order must be received by 12:00 P.M. Central Time to guarantee Overnight, Second Day, or Three Day Delivery.

Shipping Errors
Shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please do the following:

Keep all packing materials in the same condition as you received them. Claims can not be made if packing material is missing.

Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS)

Do not ship the package back to CompuTTY, Inc; wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.

Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective in some way, please call CompuTTY customer service for instruction on returning it for replacement. Replacement can be made only if the defective items are returned to CompuTTY within 30 days of the original shipment. Please see Returns and Exchange section.

Our Guarantee
CompuTTY offers our customers a 30-day guarantee on most products sold, with the exclusion of exchange or refund (less shipping, handling and return charges). See Return & Exchanges for instructions.

Return and Exchanges
Please hold onto your packing slip. This is your receipt and return form, if you wish to return a product. If you wish to return a product(s) within 30 days of purchase, simply complete the Return Form on the back of your packing slip. Repack the merchandise carefully in its original carton. You must include all instruction manuals, warranty cards and the original packing materials. Make sure to also include your completed Return form. Send to Return Merchandise to CompuTTY, Inc, 3408 Indale Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76116.

CompuTTY reserves the right to refuse a return, or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if products are returned without the original packing and all instructions and warranty cards or which are determined to have been damaged or abused.

The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the customers.

Warranty Policy
Warranties
Defective merchandise returned within the first 30 days will be replaced or repaired with the same item. Defective items returned after the first 30 days will be exchanged with the same item. Defective items after the first 30 days will fall under the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. Manufacturer's warranties are provided for the end consumer. Products that fail within the warranty period should you need to verify the manufacturer's address, telephone or/and email address, call our customer service department. Do not send items back to CompuTTY to be repaired, if the product has been manufactured by a different company. Repair charges may apply.

Online Pricing
Prices online are effective November 4, 2002. All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at the prices in effect at the time the order is received. CompuTTY reserve the right to discontinue models without prior notice and to correct typographical errors. Prices in this website supersede all previous pricing and are in effect as of the date shown on the order form. Prices and specifications are subject to change.

Wholesale Pricing
CompuTTY maintains a large dealer network. Resellers in this industry are welcome to inquire about setting up a dealership with CompuTTY.
