Order by Phone 1. Include your name, mailing address and daytime telephone number. (If your address has changed since your last order, or different from the mailing label please let us know so we can update your mailing information.) 2. Shipping address; If your order is to the sent to an address other than the billing address, please fill out the shipping address section. Please include your full street address with zip code. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. 3. Fill in description of product, quantity you are ordering, complete product number, price of each item and the total for your order. Shipping and handling charges should be added according to the schedule on the order form. 4. Include method of payment: Checks, money orders and cashier's check should be payable to CompuTTY, Inc. (in U.S. funds only) A fee of $25.00 will be charged on any returned checks. Please do not send cash. 5. Please include full payment with your order, including appropriate

Shipping/Handling Charges All orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point via common carrier (typically
UPS). Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all international customers will
have the freight added to their order, regardless of method of payment. Keep all packing materials in the same condition as you received them. Claims can not be made if packing material is missing. Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS) Do not ship the package back to CompuTTY, Inc; wait for the carrier to
inspect and pick up the package. CompuTTY reserves the right to refuse a return, or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if products are returned without the original packing and all instructions and warranty cards or which are determined to have been damaged or abused. The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the customers. |
| Warranties Defective merchandise returned within the first 30 days will be replaced or repaired with the same item. Defective items returned after the first 30 days will be exchanged with the same item. Defective items after the first 30 days will fall under the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. Manufacturer's warranties are provided for the end consumer. Products that fail within the warranty period should you need to verify the manufacturer's address, telephone or/and email address, call our customer service department. Do not send items back to CompuTTY to be repaired, if the product has been manufactured by a different company. Repair charges may apply. |
